Join us for this supportive experience into the elements of mental wellness. Together we'll explore topics that directly impact our mental/emotional well being such a sleep, hormones, movement and more. Each day of the program is guided by one of the "Collaborators" who have designed a special talk, tips and guidance around strengthening our mental/emotional health. You'll receive helpful information & gentle instructions for 7 days which can be completely self paced. Your experience also includes a "Participant Pack" which includes corresponding essential oils and literature to support your journey.
